Subject: My 2nd show....
....The night prior was my 1st!...I loved the,"Lazy River Road."..."my mama`s backyard just didn`t do!"I had found Jerry, and there was no leaving....,"The Last Time>Days Between,"was stellar!....Like I said, this and the night before, were my 1st experiences w/Jerry.I didn`t leave til the end of July, for I needed to finish school and graduate...and I did!Only to return that next summer in Shoreline....Traveling all the way from Va. to catch the start of tour in Ca...just to see that one venue in Shoreline and start the "long strange trip"toward the East coast...not to see home again, until July,11,1995,...after the unthinkable!...I still have a lot flyer,a yellow peice of paper, that lists the upcoming Fall Dates for Fall`95,only they never came about....what a sad time that was...I miss JG soooo much!

Subject: My first show too! :D
I think it must have been the first show for a lot of people, myself included...it's so nice that they welcomed us with "Feel Like A Stranger"....!

Sting opened, if I remember correctly Jerry came onstage to sit in on a song with him. Hornsby sat in all night. Sweet Masterpiece, Birdsong. For me, this night is notable as the first time I took psychedelics. I remember cloudy weather through Birdsong and lingering on each "snow and rain".

Subject: one of the better vince shows.
good sound quality, unique song selection, and great jamming in playing and terrapin. even the space portion was right on for this evening. and who said the vince era was a total waste?

Subject: My first show
This was my first Dead show! What an awesome one too. They opened with Feel like a stranger....and I really did. What was this wonderful place that I had come to? I was hooked. I dug in and boogied down. I am still dancing today!
